We are seeking dedicated and motivated fresh graduates in Civil Engineering to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction, site execution, and project coordination.

Compensation: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Bachelor’s / Post-Graduation in Civil Engineering
- Year of Passing: 2023 / 2024 / 2025
- Candidates must have completed their education
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in site supervision and construction activities
- Support project planning and estimation processes
- Monitor site quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic design tools
- Basic understanding of estimation and BOQ
- Strong communication and coordination skills
