Join Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited as an Associate, Technical Project and Program Management supporting the Salesforce support team. In this role, you will help maintain Salesforce functionality, data quality, reporting, dashboards, and user support processes across the organization. You will work with business users, leaders, and support teams to resolve issues, manage enhancement requests, and support adoption of Salesforce capabilities.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Technical Project and Program Management on the Salesforce support team, you will be responsible for:

Serve as a primary support contact for Salesforce users across data objects, functionality, reporting, dashboards, and access needs

Coordinate with users, business leaders, and application support teams to resolve issues and support enhancement requests

Manage user administration activities including license activation, deactivation, permission updates, asset reassignment, and onboarding communications

Perform user acceptance testing, fulfill ServiceNow requests, and maintain process documentation and activity tracking through closure

Update and maintain accounts, opportunities, contacts, leads, campaigns, reports, and dashboards while supporting data quality across NSE geographies

Produce custom reports and dashboards and support business groups with ad hoc Salesforce-related requests
The team
The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration in Marketing

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator

Experience supporting Salesforce user administration, issue resolution, and enhancement requests

Experience using ServiceNow for request management or ticket handling

Experience creating or maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards

Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

Experience using Data Loader or similar tools for mass data management
Preferred:

Salesforce Administrator certification

Experience supporting users on a global customer relationship management platform

Experience with data cleansing and basic reporting

Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones

Experience with marketing automation tools

Experience documenting processes and supporting user adoption
