Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically strong cybersecurity professional who can independently manage project delivery, coordinate with clients, and lead technical teams. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of day-to-day technical operations while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of cybersecurity services.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage and oversee cybersecurity projects including Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), compliance audits, and security assessments.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned cybersecurity projects.
- Track project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide technical team members.
- Assign tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure accountability within the team.
- Support skill development and knowledge sharing across the cybersecurity team.
Quality Assurance
- Review technical reports, findings, and recommendations before submission to clients.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and professionalism of all project deliverables.
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Pre-Sales & Technical Support
- Support pre-sales activities, technical discussions, solution presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Assist management in identifying client requirements and recommending suitable cybersecurity solutions.
Risk & Escalation Management
- Identify project risks, challenges, and operational issues proactively.
- Escalate critical concerns to management with appropriate recommendations and mitigation plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT Security.
- Strong understanding of:
o Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
o Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
o ISO 27001
o Security Operations Center (SOC)
o Risk Assessment
o Security Best Practices
- Experience in managing technical teams and handling client communications.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, Security+, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and compliance-driven environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
