About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance and Road Calls Assistant to support our operations team. This role involves handling routine maintenance tasks, responding to road service calls, and ensuring equipment and vehicles are kept in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently under time-sensitive conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Assist in performing scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on company equipment and vehicles.
· Respond promptly to road calls, providing on-site support for breakdowns, emergencies, or service needs.
· Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and report findings to the maintenance supervisor.
· Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
· Support inventory management of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance and road call activities.
· Collaborate with drivers, mechanics, and supervisors to resolve issues efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications Required
· Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
· Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
· Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, tools, and repair techniques.
· Excellent attention to detail and observational ability
· Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic understanding of transportation, and logistics processes.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when required.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Prior experience in maintenance or roadside assistance is an advantage.
