Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact at Soundkraft Music Institute. This role involves managing front-desk operations, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for students, parents, and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and fees
- Manage class schedules, student registrations, and attendance records
- Maintain and update student databases and administrative documents
- Coordinate with instructors for class timings, cancellations, and events
- Assist in fee collection, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support planning and execution of events, workshops, and performances
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas
- Handle office supplies and inventory management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, email handling)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
- Interest in music or arts (preferred but not mandatory)
Working Hours:
Full-time / Part-time (as per institute schedule, including weekends )
