Role Summary:
Be the face and heart of The Big Bridge, Gular, creating memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive until they depart. This role combines warm hospitality with exceptional housekeeping standards to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, welcoming, and seamless stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism while managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance.
- Create spotless, inviting, and guest-ready rooms by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and front office spaces reflect the charm and quality of The Big Bridge.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless hospitality experience.
- Monitor room readiness, replenish amenities, report maintenance concerns, and maintain accurate guest records while adhering to operational and safety standards.
