Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Turning / Lathe machines as per production plan.
- Load and unload raw materials/components safely.
- Perform machine setting assistance and tool offset corrections as instructed.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator
- Ensure components meet quality specifications and tolerances.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities immediately.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
- Maintain production records, rejection data, and daily output reports.
- Follow SOPs, safety rules, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
- Minimize rejection, rework, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth operations.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of CNC Turning machine operations.
- Basic understanding of G-Code & M-Code.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and inserts.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T basics.
- Understanding of machining parameters: Speed, Feed, Depth of cut
- Knowledge of quality inspection instruments.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
