Role Overview: We are seeking a Lead Engineer - DevOps with 6–8 years of experience to design, scale, and maintain our high-performance infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Orchestration Expertise: Lead the architecture, scaling, and management of production-grade Kubernetes and HashiCorp Nomad clusters. Experience with Rancher or Openshift is preferred.
Infrastructure as Code: Drive the automation of cloud environments using Terraform to ensure secure, reproducible, and scalable infrastructure.
Cloud Platforms: Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise in managing enterprise-grade workloads on AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
CI/CD & Source Control: Own and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins for automated builds and Bitbucket for version control and branching strategies.
Configuration Management: Utilize configuration tools like Ansible (optional but preferred) to streamline server provisioning and application deployments.
Observability & Logging: Architect and maintain our observability stack using Grafana and Prometheus.
Containerization: Enforce container best practices across the engineering team utilizing Docker for local development and production environments.
Technical Leadership: Guide the technical roadmap, make architectural decisions, and mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
System Reliability: Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high availability, proactive monitoring, and robust security across all platform services.
