External customer complaints handling through warranty analytics, Graphical representation of data & dealer calling for logical conclusion and inferences.
Drive CFT for Gemba analysis & deploying actions at manufacturing, aggregate & supplier process.
Should have good knowledge of vehicle systems & able to do troubleshooting to identify the root-cause of failure.
Should have good knowledge of wiring layout & it’s interface in vehicle.
Plan & excute dealer and yard audits.
Resource allocation & monitoring for PDI Audits of vehicles.
Ensure dynamism in Inspection plan in line with field feedback.
Capability Building of blue collar for product evaluation.
Ensure effective utilization of resources through Cost Management (Revenue & Capital).
Apex QCRT (Quick Concern Resolution Team) champion.
Ensure systems & processes are in line with ISO/TS 16949.
Prepare Lesson learnt for new projects.
Project quality status monitoring for all quality indicators.
Execute LSP Audit for new products.
Ensure gauge / equipment calibration and MSA study as per plan.
Release the Weekly/monthly MIS report of Health Status of Shop
Take efforts for Benchmarking & horizontal deployment of Good systems & New initiatives.
