Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and favorable business terms.
- Monitor stock requirements and ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
- Manage accurate stocks.
- Generate new vendors.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Preferred experience in Purchase, especially in PCD Pharma industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
