The Student Advisor is responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable courses, converting inquiries into admissions, and ensuring an excellent student experience throughout their learning journey. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students on career opportunities and available training programs.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend appropriate courses based on individual needs.
- Follow up with inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively communicating course benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
