Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and development teams for campaign execution.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Mentor and support team members while ensuring timely project delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce and performance marketing.
- Good understanding of email marketing and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Preferred Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience leading a team is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
