Oversee daily café operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage opening & closing procedures, and maintain brand standards.
Staff & Shift Management
Supervise café staff, assign duties, manage shift rosters, ensure staff discipline, grooming, and performance.
Customer Service Excellence
Ensure high-quality guest experience, resolve customer concerns, and maintain service standards during busy hours.
Order Flow Management
Monitor dine-in, takeaway, and online order processing.
Cash & POS Management
Handle shift cash flow, billing accuracy, and POS reporting.
Hygiene & Food Safety
Maintain café cleanliness, ensure food safety protocols (FSSAI/HACCP), and uphold hygiene standards across service areas.
Inventory & Stock Control
Oversee ordering, daily consumption tracking, minimize wastage, and ensure stock availability for all operational needs.
Team Training & Development
Train staff on service standards, new menu items, café SOPs, and customer interaction skills.

Preferred Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Experience in handling multiple outlets simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
