Key Responsibilities:
- CNC turning machine operation and on-machine programming
- Machine setup, tooling and jaw selection
- Work on Fanuc control
- Tool offset setting and drawing interpretation
- Shift-based production with consistent quality
- In-process quality checks using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge
- Basic knowledge of CNC maintenance Follow quality inspection and SPC basics
- Focus on productivity and scrap reduction
- Skills Required:
- CNC Turning programming & setup
- Fanuc CNC control
- Measuring instruments
- Quality-oriented and production focused
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
