Preferred Candidate females only
Experience (Lateral): 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist or Office Assistant.
Technical Skills: Basic computer operations and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) for maintaining visitor records.
Soft Skills: Fast problem-solving response, collaborative mindset for floor staff/housekeeping and communication skills.
Candidate Preferred Location: Thane, Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (15 to 30 days maximum notice period).
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Hospitality & Management: Greet all visitors warmly, maintain an accurate visitor log/record, escort clients to meeting areas, and ask for refreshments (water, tea, or coffee).
- Conference Room Management: Keep conference and meeting rooms completely ready, tidy, and presentable before any client visit.
- Internal Coordination: Promptly inform the concerned employees about the arrival of their visitors.
- Housekeeping & Upkeep Support: Coordinate with the housekeeping staff for front desk cleaning to keep the lobby area presentable and assist with client hospitality.
- Admin & Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule appointments when needed for general office admin work (e.g., AC repair, plumber, courier/post coordination and water, tea, or coffee supplier).
- Basic Documentation: Handle basic paperwork including gate passes, delivery challans, and visitor forms.
- Inward Courier Management: Collect incoming parcels and immediately hand them over to the concerned employee.
Expectations
Visitor Hospitality & Management: Create a premium first impression by greeting guests, logging their details, and ensuring they are hosted comfortably with refreshments.
Conference Room Management: Ensure meeting rooms are perpetually pristine, tech-ready, and fully stocked before any internal or client meeting begins.
Internal Coordination: Connect visitors with hosts immediately upon arrival to minimize waiting times and keep executive schedules running smoothly.
Housekeeping & Upkeep Support: Maintain an immaculate, clutter-free front lobby by strictly supervising and directing the housekeeping schedule.
Admin & Maintenance Scheduling: Proactively manage office visits and service schedules to resolve facility issues before they disrupt the workplace.
Basic Documentation: Maintain error-free paperwork, gate passes, and delivery logs to uphold office security and tracking protocols.
Inward Courier Management: Sort and distribute incoming courier and parcels instantly to prevent logistical delays or misplaced corporate documents.
Compensation Package
Hike on current CTC, based strictly on industry experience, core skills, and technical evaluation.
