Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees/interns
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Help in attendance and leave management tracking
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Support HR team in documentation and compliance tasks
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Duration: Internship 3 months
Pay: From ₹3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
