Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and share information about services.
- Answer customer queries politely and provide basic assistance.
- Maintain records of calls and customer details.
- Follow up with customers when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally.
Work Environment: Office-based role with training provided.
