Ø JOB DESCRIPTION:
· To attend office guest, maintain good hospitalities and maintain guest records.
· To be responsible for communication, handle daily phone calls, E-mails. Maintain contact Database.
· To address communication, resolve issue on timely i.e. Bill payment, Porting.
· To do general correspondence effectively – Inward & outward reports.
· To coordinate for courier with all departments.
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures etc.)
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· To do travel booking – As & When required.
· To maintain smoothly directors office administration.
· To maintain records of Directors in systematic ways.
· Assist HR Dept. to Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing employee changes related to payroll.
· Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
· Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
· Update calendars and schedule driver’s trips.
· Arrange internal and external transportations for school events, activities, trips, guests, etc.
· Staff ID card printing.
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
· Perform all other tasks assigned by the HR Head.

· Professional attitude and appearance.
· Solid written and verbal communication skills (English, Marathi, Hindi).
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
· Excellent organizational skills & Team Player Skill.
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Customer service attitude.
· Computer basic skills ( Word, Excel, PPT)
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
