Job description:
1. Handle Outbound & Inbound Calls
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Attend incoming calls and respond professionally.
2. Customer Engagement
- Greet customers politely and build a positive rapport.
- Clearly explain products, services, or offers.
3. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up regularly.
- Close sales or schedule meetings for the sales team.
4. Data Management
- Maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Update call logs, feedback, and status reports.
5. Follow-Up and Feedback
- Follow up on previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect feedback to improve products or services.
6. Problem Resolution
- Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints.
- Escalate complicated issues to the senior team when required.
7. Achieve Targets
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.
- Work towards achieving telecalling KPIs (calls per day, conversion rate, etc.).
8. Communication & Professionalism
- Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times.
- Understand and follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance rules.
