Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support & Sales team. Depending on your experience, you will either manage customer interactions and support operations or lead sales initiatives, customer experience, and team performance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Process customer requests and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Drive sales opportunities and achieve business targets.
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
- For Assistant Manager/Manager roles: Lead, mentor, and manage customer support and sales teams, monitor KPIs, and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Executive: 0–2 years of customer support/customer service experience.
- Assistant Manager/Manager: 3–5 years of experience in customer support, customer success, sales, or key account management.
- B2B sales experience is mandatory for Manager/Assistant Manager roles.
- Prior team handling experience is preferred for managerial positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
