About the Role

The role involves customer engagement, technical sales support, market development, and relationship management within the construction and building materials industry.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
* Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
* AutoCAD working knowledge is mandatory
* Basic sales knowledge preferred
Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Steel / Cement / Construction Industry
* Techno-Sales experience is mandatory
Additional Requirements
* Smartphone mandatory
* Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory
* Comfortable with extensive field travel
* Strong communication & team handling skills required
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Technical Support
* Conduct site visits and customer meetings
* Provide technical guidance and product support
* Resolve customer concerns and maintain follow-ups
Sales & Lead Management
* Generate leads through influencers, civil engineers, architects, and contractors
* Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records
Market Development
* Build strong relationships with dealers and influencers
* Participate in product promotions, campaigns, and demos
Complaint Handling
* Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
* Coordinate escalations when required
Reporting & Data Management
* Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records
* Submit reports and market feedback regularly
