Job Description
we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee civil and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, coordination, quality control, and project supervision.
Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients.
Monitor civil and interior fit-out works as per drawings and specifications.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
Verify measurements, material usage, and work execution.
Resolve on-site issues and maintain project schedules.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in basic civil construction and interior fit-out works.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, and project coordination.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving license preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Outstation Allowance: ₹5,000 per month
Accommodation: Provided for outstation projects
Petrol Allowance: Provided as per company policy
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
