BVM Trans Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a responsible and proactive Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day transportation activities and ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle movements and route planning
- Monitor driver performance and trip status
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments
- Maintain operational MIS reports and documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment updates
- Handle issue resolution during transit
- Manage day-to-day transport operations.
- Plan and allocate vehicles based on operational requirements.
- Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle availability and timely placement.
- Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle placement, shipment status, and delivery updates.
- Prepare, verify, and process transport bills and related documents.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Requirements:
- Any Degree
- Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle field and office operations
