Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Car Service Advisor to handle vehicle service requirements, prepare job cards, coordinate with technicians, explain repair estimates, and ensure timely vehicle delivery with high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle issues
- Prepare service estimates and job cards
- Coordinate repairs with technicians
- Update customers on repair status
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic automobile knowledge
- Experience in car service/dealership preferred
- Computer knowledge preferred
Pay: ₹10,278.71 - ₹13,300.00 per month
