#### **Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team. The primary purpose of this role is to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth (HNI) clients by providing expert financial advice and personalized wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**
* Address the investment requirements of HNI clients by offering a comprehensive product bouquet, including Debt products, Structures, Equities, Mutual Funds, and Fund-based Real Estate products.
* Provide superior and seamless service delivery to assist clients in achieving their short-term and long-term financial goals through meticulous profiling.
* Deepen existing relationships through cross-selling and services tailored to specific customer needs.
* Enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing a larger share of the client's wallet and ensuring high income per customer.
* Actively network and seek referrals to expand the client base and meet business growth targets.
**Marketing and Business Development**
* Develop and implement marketing plans to acquire new B2C and B2B clientele, including the execution of micro-events.
* Collaborate with internal teams—including research, investment, and compliance—to ensure the delivery of accurate and compliant investment solutions.
**Financial and Product Expertise**
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' financial positions.
* Manage portfolio performance, modelling, and analytics to provide data-driven insights to clients.
#### **Required Qualifications & Skills**
* **Experience:** 3–6 years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
* **Education:** Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
