B.Com. or BBA (Finance/Accounting preferred)

Additional qualifications in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance will be an advantage

Proficiency in Tally/ERP software is preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial administration

Experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or service-sector accounting will be an added advantage

Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions

Manage accounts payable and receivable
-
Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records
-
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
-
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
-
Maintain accurate records of expenses, revenues, and statutory payments
-
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax professionals during audits and compliance activities
-
Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

Monitor inventory-related financial transactions and vendor payments
-
Generate MIS reports and provide financial data to management for decision-making

Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Familiarity with GST, TDS, payroll processing, and statutory compliance

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
