At the end of the program, top performers will be considered for a full-time International Business Development Executive role with minimum 50k salary and an attractive incentive package.

Job Responsibilities and duties:
- Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects to generate qualified sales appointments.
- Connect with CXOs, VPs to identify their potential needs, qualify their interest and create a relationship that will help drive the sale.
- Performing targeted outreach on multiple channels to connect with new and existing prospects and constantly nurturing the relationship to drive clients through the pipeline.
- Conduct research on industry trends, target markets, and competitor analysis to develop an in-depth understanding of the product, market, and competitors.
- Play a key role in gathering and analyzing relevant data to support business insights, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of our product offering.
- Assist in planning, executing project tasks, and tracking progress to ensure they meet the defined objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through thorough testing and validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in cold calling / appointment setting for the US market (preferred).
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (not mandatory).
- Passionate about building a career in business development, especially within the B2B / Tech Sales sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Internship experience in international B2B Sales or Business Development or a similar role.
- Knowledgeable in using LinkedIn to research leads and companies.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a personal laptop.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

Stipend: Upto ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month
