Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to onboard and manage dentist partners, promote Smile Aligners, and drive business growth through strong relationships and field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Visit dental clinics daily and onboard new partners
Promote aligner solutions and close partnerships
Handle objections and explain product offerings clearly
Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business
Identify new markets and growth opportunities
Manage end-to-end sales cycle and documentation
Requirements
Graduate in any field
2-6 years in sales/business development (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within the city
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
