Job Summary:
Shri Genesis Software Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (BA) with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing key documentation, and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
● Utilize bidding portals like Freelancer, Upwork, and other platforms to explore and acquire new business opportunities.
● Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective prospecting and lead generation.
● Schedule and conduct impactful meetings with potential clients to showcase our services.
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals for clients.
Post-Sales:
● Prepare detailed documentation, including BRD, SRS, and FRS.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and long-term partnerships.
● Act as a bridge between the development team and clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
● Recommend innovative sales strategies to drive growth and expand market reach.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, sales, or business development.
2. Proficiency in using bidding portals like Freelancer and Upwork.
3. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
4. Strong documentation skills for BRD, SRS, and FRS preparation.
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
6. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
