Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented PCD Pharma Sales Executive to expand our Pharma Franchise (PCD) business network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing distributors, stockists, and franchise partners while driving sales growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the PCD Pharma Franchise network in assigned regions.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Appoint and manage distributors, franchise partners, stockists, and wholesalers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners.
- Provide product information, promotional materials, and business support to associates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Follow up on payments, collections, and outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of PCD Pharma Franchise business.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business partners.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in PCD Pharma Sales, Franchise Development, or Pharma Marketing.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
