Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Dispatch Planning: Schedule shipments, plan routes, and select carriers to minimize transportation costs and maximize delivery efficiency.
- Documentation & Billing: Generate accurate tax invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and maintain comprehensive dispatch logs.
- Transporter Coordination: Negotiate rates, manage relationships with transport vendors, and track cargo in transit.
- Loading Supervision: Oversee warehouse loading processes, ensuring goods are handled safely and match the corresponding Bills of Lading.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving delivery delays, route complications, or damaged shipments.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce company safety protocols and ensure adherence to local transport and tax regulations
