Job Summary
Tony Chapel is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, and provide information about our healthcare services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases.
- Generate qualified leads for healthcare services and schedule appointments where required.
- Explain healthcare services, packages, and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams for lead conversions.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
- Follow company communication standards and healthcare compliance guidelines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
