- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures as per company and legal requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Ensure all workers follow safety rules and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (Factory Act, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Coordinate with project managers and supervisors for safety improvements
- Monitor work permits (hot work, height work, confined space, etc.)
- Conduct risk assessments and suggest preventive measures
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,568.25 per month
