Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Transportation
- Safely transport management, employees, visitors, and clients to designated locations.
- Drive company vehicles for official purposes only.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per schedules.
- Follow all traffic rules, speed limits, and road safety regulations.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle before use.
- Maintain cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
- Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, and battery condition.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
- Coordinate periodic servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Documentation
- Maintain daily vehicle logbook (trip details, mileage, fuel consumption).
- Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and available, including:
- Registration Certificate (RC)
- Insurance
- Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate
- Fitness Certificate (where applicable)
- Driving License
- Keep records of fuel expenses, toll receipts, parking charges, and service history.
Administrative Support
- Deliver and collect official documents, bank deposits, cheques, and parcels.
- Assist with office purchases and procurement of materials when required.
- Support administrative tasks assigned by the Admin/HR department.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as directed.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure passenger safety at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and management travel.
- Immediately report accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle damage.
- Adhere to company policies and government transportation regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or Intermediate.
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License.
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional driving experience.
- Good knowledge of city routes, highways, and GPS navigation.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to communicate politely with employees and visitors.
