About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product/service presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
