About the Role
We are looking for high-performing M.Tech freshers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who are eager to transition into a Business Consultant role. Selected candidates will undergo structured training to develop business, consulting, and client-handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business processes, client requirements, and industry challenges
- Analyse data, processes, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist senior consultants in preparing business reports, presentations, and proposals
- Participate in client meetings, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Support strategy development and implementation plans
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions
Training & Development
- Comprehensive training on business consulting, strategy, and client management
- Exposure to real-time business projects and client interactions
- Continuous mentoring and performance evaluation
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand business problems and provide structured solutions
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a consulting environment
- Team-oriented with a professional attitude ,Eligibility Criteria
- M.Tech with *85% or above academic score
- Strong academic background with interest in business and consulting
