Experience (in years) : 10+ Years
Industry Preferred : Automotive, 2wheeler, machinery, (complex) consumer electronics
Qualifications : B.E./B. Tech. (E.E.E.)
Roles & responsibilities
Working in larger, distributed teams across countries
Excellent understanding of system engineering and the V-model
Knows at least one requirements management tool
Core expertise is Testing, Verification and Validation
Has deep experience in component, system and vehicle testing
Very good leadership skills; can set-up and run a team in difficult environment
Also understands the business rational and KPI's
Good understanding in test automation and relevant tool chains
Good understanding in HIL, SIL
Profound in using AI-tools in R&D and testing a big plus
Working with regulation and certification bodies
Functional competencies Behavioural competencies

motors, controllers, battery, charger, HMI,

Good understanding of E/E system architectures
for in-vehicle communication and power supply
