1. Organising production schedules.
2. Assessing project and resource requirements.
3. Production processes.
4. Determining quality control standards
5. Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
6. Managing work of labours and staff on shop floor.
7. Ensure that complete customer Orders, Interstate shipments/Retail stores/ Exp Hub Orders are processed and sent in stipulated timeline.
8. Ensure that SOPs/ Hygiene/ Quality standards are followed as per FSSAI norms.
9. Ensure that complete food safety procedures are followed as per our policy and documentation regarding is being maintained on day to day basis.
10. Monitor customer feedback and complaints.
11. Data entry and reporting on day to day production
Educational Requirement: PUC in Computer skills Any graduation with Computer skill in Computer skills Diploma in Select specialization and Graduation in Select specialization
