Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage corporate salary business and achieve acquisition, growth, revenue, and quality targets.
- Acquire new corporate clients through market, branch, and banking channels.
- Recruit, train, and lead the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive salary account, CASA, and cross-selling growth across assigned accounts.
- Build strong corporate relationships and increase product penetration.
- Ensure compliance, service quality, and smooth customer onboarding.
- Coordinate with branches and internal teams to generate business opportunities.
- Conduct customer engagement activities, service camps, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor team performance, reduce attrition, and support employee development.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and implement initiatives to improve business performance.
Qualification & Skills :
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any disciplin.
- 4–8 Years of experience in Banking, Corporate Salary.
