We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head to lead and expand the
company’s sales operations in the sports infrastructure and construction sector. The
candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team,
developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and
partners across Kerala and other regions.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent business
development skills, and proven experience in handling large-scale construction or
infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall sales and business development activities of the company
- Develop sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Identify new business opportunities in sports infrastructure, construction, educational institutions, clubs, and government sectors
- Develop strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, schools, sports academies, and corporate clients
- Handle major client negotiations and high-value project closures
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with project, operations, and management teams for smooth
- execution of projects
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance analysis
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or
- related field
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in sales/business development
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, sports projects, real estate, or
- engineering industry preferred
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to handle large-scale clients and projects
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel for business development activities
