key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical and solar systems at project sites.
- Fix solar modules, mounting structures, and racking systems on various roof types.
- Strictly follow safety protocols, including the PPE (harness, helmet) while working at heights.
- Support senior engineers/technicians in daily site activities.
- Carry materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas.
- Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on-site.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, or related trade .
- Ability to read basic SLD.
- Basic knowledge of tools, wiring, and safety measures.
- Willingness to learn and work in outdoor project environments.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
- Ownership of a two wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred for local travel.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
