Hiring: AI & STEM Trainer | Lab & Innovation Mentor
Location: Tiruchirappalli (Trichy)
Candidates from Trichy or those willing to relocate are preferred.
We are looking for passionate and technically skilled individuals to join our growing innovation and incubation ecosystem as an AI & STEM Trainer.
This role involves handling and managing a complete AI/STEM lab environment while mentoring students through hands-on technology learning and innovation-based projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate AI & STEM laboratory setups
- Handle hardware-based learning environments and student projects
- Work with technologies including Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, sensors, embedded systems, and AI-based tools
- Mentor students in innovation, prototyping, and real-world problem-solving
- Support incubation and startup-oriented activities within the campus ecosystem
- Coordinate workshops, project-based learning sessions, and technical demonstrations
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in hardware systems, electronics, and embedded technologies
- Familiarity with Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, IoT, AI/ML concepts, and automation systems
- Good communication and mentoring abilities
- Interest in startup culture, innovation labs, and incubation environments
