Admission Executive – Job Description (Xylem Learning)
- Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Guide applicants through the admission process, documentation, and fee payment.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
- Resolve admission-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance their admission experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of student information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
- Stay updated on Xylem Learning's programs, policies, and admission procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing Xylem Learning professionally.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
