Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of sales processes, and the ability to generate leads through various channels including cold calling and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
- Manage and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Assist in executing email marketing initiatives to reach target audiences.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and lead generation methods.
- Ability to conduct cold calls confidently.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (added advantage).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development
