Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards and internal controls. Monitor and assess compliance risks across banking and capital markets functions to ensure proactive mitigation. Conduct audits and investigations to identify non-compliance issues and support resolution efforts. Deliver compliance training and guidance to employees across levels to promote a culture of integrity. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements. Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices impacting banking and capital markets. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
