Purpose of the Role
The Hotel Manager will oversee the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and achievement of business objectives. The role requires a hands-on hospitality leader with strong people management, commercial understanding, and a commitment to maintaining luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other operational departments.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
- Lead, coach and develop HODs and operational teams to achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor guest feedback, resolve escalated complaints and ensure effective service recovery.
- Drive operational efficiency, revenue performance and cost optimisation.
- Review daily operational, occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction reports.
- Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs, brand standards, hygiene, safety and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain service, cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, Finance, Engineering and other departments for smooth hotel operations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning and departmental performance management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Build a strong service culture through regular communication, training, coaching and employee engagement.
- Oversee VIP arrivals, special events and high-profile guest requirements.
- Ensure effective handling of emergencies and operational contingencies.
- Represent the hotel professionally with guests, clients, business partners and other stakeholders.
- Support the General Manager in achieving overall business, financial and operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- 8–12 years of relevant hotel operations experience, including experience in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong exposure to luxury / 5-star hotel operations preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple operational departments and large teams.
- Strong understanding of hotel commercial performance, guest satisfaction and operational standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and hands-on approach to hotel operations.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
