Industrial OHC Nurse :
Core Responsibilities Trauma & Emergency Care: Treat acute industrial injuries like cuts, burns, fractures, chemical exposure, or machinery-related trauma. Hazardous Health Screening: Conduct industry-specific tests (e.g., audiometry for noisy factories, spirometry/lung tests for dusty environments, vision checks for operators). Statutory Compliance: Maintain legal accident registers and forms required under factory acts or labor laws. PPE & Safety Alignment: Partner with the safety team to ensure workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and investigate root causes of accidents. Key Requirements Qualifications: GNM or B.Sc Nursing. A specialized diploma in Industrial Health/Occupational Health is highly preferred. Experience: 2+ years preferred in a high-risk industry (manufacturing, oil and gas, automobiles) or a hospital emergency room. Traits: Calm under pressure, quick decision-maker during accidents, and strong knowledge of industrial safety hazards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
