Role Overview
Miror is looking for a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience who is passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences that improve users' lives.
This role is heavily focused on User Experience (UX) rather than visual design alone. The ideal candidate should be able to understand user behaviour, conduct research, simplify complex journeys, and create intuitive experiences that drive engagement and retention.
Role Weightage
UX Research & User Experience Design – 60%
Product Thinking & Customer Journey Design – 25%
UI Design & Prototyping – 15%
Key Responsibilities
User Experience Design
· Design intuitive and user-centric experiences across Miror's web and mobile platforms.
· Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes.
· Conduct user interviews and usability testing.
· Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
· Translate user insights into actionable design solutions.
Product Collaboration
· Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams.
· Participate in product discussions and feature planning.
· Ensure user needs remain central to product decisions.
· Support product innovation through design thinking methodologies.
UX Research
· Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
· Analyse user feedback and behavioural data.
· Perform competitor and market research.
· Develop personas and customer journey maps.
UI & Prototyping
· Create clean and intuitive interface designs.
· Develop interactive prototypes using Figma.
· Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
· Collaborate with developers for implementation.
Required Skills
· 5+ years of UX Design/Product Design experience.
Strong expertise in:
· User Research
· Wireframing
· Prototyping
· Information Architecture
· Customer Journey Mapping
· Interaction Design
· Advanced proficiency in Figma.
· Experience designing mobile-first products.
· Strong understanding of usability principles.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
· HealthTech, Wellness, FemTech, Healthcare, or Consumer Apps.
· Behavioural Design and Habit Formation.
· Community-based products.
· Subscription-based platforms.
· Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing.
