Senior Digital Marketing, Social Media & Client Success Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, business-oriented professional who can wear multiple hats. This is not just a social media role we need someone who can build brands, generate leads, manage client relationships, close sales, and drive measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, confident in speaking with clients, skilled in digital marketing, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content that increases brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with designers and video editors.
- Monitor trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
SEO & Website Growth
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO.
- Improve Google rankings and local SEO.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Work with WordPress websites and landing pages.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into customers.
- Conduct sales calls and online product or service presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Help achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
- Understand client needs and recommend effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client concerns professionally and proactively.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop growth strategies for multiple brands.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend innovative marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
Required Skills

- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, client management, or business development.
- Experience with restaurants, retail, grocery, hospitality, or local businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for marketing and productivity.
