Bright Professional Education is looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth coordination within the institute. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a part-time administrative role in a professional educational environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain student and office records.
- Coordinate with students, parents, and staff.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation.
- Monitor daily administrative activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Report all daily activities, updates, and issues directly to the Senior Manager.
- Support the institute in maintaining an organized and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
